Clean Air UK delivers premier, fully certified fire safety services across East and West Sussex. We specialise in meticulous fire door installation and comprehensive fire door inspection services designed to keep your premises entirely aligned with strict UK building regulations. From commercial retrofits to regular statutory assessments, our specialist engineers work diligently to protect your workforce, your property, and your legal compliance.
We provide complete end-to-end management for your structural fire safety, combining flawless installations with precise technical evaluations.
Fire doors are engineered safety systems, not just standard woodwork. They are your property’s primary line of defense, designed to contain smoke, flames, and toxic gases to specific zones while preserving clear escape routes for occupants. Inexpert installation or neglected maintenance can render these barriers entirely useless, leaving your business exposed to devastating safety risks and severe prosecution. Our team brings the dedicated specialist knowledge required to guarantee every fire door in your Sussex facility performs exactly when needed.
Our comprehensive service covers everything from accurate specification to detailed gap and seal testing. We inspect the finest elements, from checking that intumescent strips are uncompromised to ensuring that all hinges, closers, and latches carry valid fire-rated certification. By partnering with us, you can confidently meet your statutory obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and enjoy total peace of mind.
Do not leave your fire safety compliance to chance. Contact the team at Clean Air UK to discuss your upcoming installation project or to arrange a comprehensive fire door inspection. Call our regional specialists directly on 01223 230 307 or email us your requirements, and an expert will respond to you within 24 hours.
A huge thank you to the staff at CleanAir UK who have done the most fantastic job cleaning our kitchen this year. They were prompt, polite, helpful, friendly and amazingly efficient. The kitchen is sparkling and we are thrilled with the results. We will definitely be asking them back next year…
We got VIP treatment as a local business – all queries were answered professionally and the work itself was fast and clean – no mess left on site. A refreshing attitude! Thanks to the team!
Have used Cleanair before to do our kitchen deep clean and were very impressed with their work so asked them to replace our duct for the kitchen extraction. Arrived on time, done the work quickly and efficiently which allowed our kitchen team to carry on with their prep work. I highly recommend them.
Looking for companies for the cleaning and servicing of my kitchen canopy and ducts I found, via Google, overpriced local traders. I am so glad I looked on the BESA website and came across Clean Air Ltd. The lads you sent round were polite and did a good job. I was so confident in your pricing and work I recommended Clean Air to my church for their kitchen work. God Bless you all.
