Cleanair Culture
All of our staff are industry trained and directly employed. We do not sub-contract or use any casual labour. Where the specific requirements of a project warrant it, we work either in partnership with, or as part of a joint venture with other like-minded, equally competent and experienced contractors.
We operate a strong culture of Health & Safety towards all of our staff and on-site activities, backed up by the numerous industry accreditations we hold with the likes of BESA, CHAS & Safe Contractor.
We strive to operate in the most environmentally sympathetic and energy efficient ways possible, keeping our environmental impact and carbon footprint to a minimum. We always look to use the most fuel efficient vehicles, environmentally friendly materials, chemicals, waste management and working practices. We regularly review our processes and procedures in how we can improve.

Meet the senior members of the Cleanair UK Team
Andrew Kemp
General Manager
Andrew is responsible for overseeing the general day to day running of the company, making sure all of the services we offer are delivered to our clients at the highest level.
Whether it is help with industry guidance, consultancy or dealing with a large project, it will undoubtedly be Andrew who will communicate with you, providing all relevant site specific information such as industry technical guidance and help you to remain compliant at all times.
Andrew’s experience of TR19 and Air Hygiene in the commercial industry, along with 15 years of managing in various sectors ensures our service delivery is correctly implemented and customers receive the best service available.
Jo Green
Office Manager
As office manager Jo will probably be your first contact with Cleanair UK. Whether that is on the phone, or via email.
Some of the day to day tasks that Jo is responsible for involves speaking to potential clients about their requirements and providing quotations, liaising with suppliers, speaking to the site team and tracking their progress, scheduling works and appointments with the General Manager and invoicing.
Jo strives to create positive and trusting relationships with clients to ensure that they have a positive and enjoyable experience with Cleanair UK.
Her passion for exceptional customer service is illustrated from her involvement, with each individual client, from the beginning of his or her customer journey with us.
Chris Seymour
Lead Engineer
Chris leads teams on site, carrying out all the Cleanair UK services.
Chris brings a wealth of experience to the Cleanair UK Team, joining the team with a background in people management & customer service. Joining us in 2014 Chris has obtained a huge amount of knowledge and industry experience, ensuring all our services are continually delivered with attention to detail.
Andrew Trinkwon-Smith
Lead Engineer
Andrew also leads teams on site, carrying out all the Cleanair UK services.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the Cleanair UK Team, joining the team with a background in water treatment. Qualified in legionella appreciation, disinfection with hot and cold water services and Level 2 Plumbing. Andrew conducts surveys and assists in risk assessments across the range of Cleanair UK services.
