Clean Air UK is your premier regional provider of structural fire protection and workplace safety solutions across Surrey. We specialise in professional fire door installation and comprehensive fire door inspection services designed to secure full compliance with the latest building and safety regulations. Whether you need a team to fit new, high-performance door sets or require a routine certified safety audit, our qualified engineers ensure your property, team, and assets are completely protected.
From robust new installations to precise statutory checks, we deliver a seamless, end-to-end management service to keep your building entirely fire-ready.
Fire doors are highly specialized safety devices engineered to save lives, not just standard structural joinery. Their role is critical: they contain fire, smoke, and toxic fumes within a designated zone, protecting vital escape routes and buying precious time for safe evacuation. Minor fitting errors or overlooked wear and tear can completely undermine their performance, creating major safety vulnerabilities and exposing your business to severe prosecution. Our specialists provide the technical skill required to guarantee every fire door in your Surrey facility operates flawlessly.
Our rigorous process verifies that your doors are accurately specified, expertly hung, and independently evaluated. We inspect every technical element, ensuring that essential intumescent strips are intact and that all self-closing mechanisms, latches, and hinges hold valid fire-rated certification. By partnering with us, you can confidently meet your legal responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and enjoy absolute peace of mind.
Protect your workforce and ensure your premises satisfy all legislative standards. Contact Clean Air UK to discuss your upcoming project or to schedule a professional fire door installation or inspection. Speak directly with our Surrey area specialists on 01223 230 307 or email our team, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
A huge thank you to the staff at CleanAir UK who have done the most fantastic job cleaning our kitchen this year. They were prompt, polite, helpful, friendly and amazingly efficient. The kitchen is sparkling and we are thrilled with the results. We will definitely be asking them back next year…
Have used Cleanair before to do our kitchen deep clean and were very impressed with their work so asked them to replace our duct for the kitchen extraction. Arrived on time, done the work quickly and efficiently which allowed our kitchen team to carry on with their prep work. I highly recommend them.
Looking for companies for the cleaning and servicing of my kitchen canopy and ducts I found, via Google, overpriced local traders. I am so glad I looked on the BESA website and came across Clean Air Ltd. The lads you sent round were polite and did a good job. I was so confident in your pricing and work I recommended Clean Air to my church for their kitchen work. God Bless you all.
We got VIP treatment as a local business – all queries were answered professionally and the work itself was fast and clean – no mess left on site. A refreshing attitude! Thanks to the team!
