Contract Overview & Service Delivery:
We were successfully awarded a 3-year contract to provide kitchen extract system cleaning and ventilation systems advise.
Using our mobile workforce management system, attendances are scheduled across both sites with allocated dates and resource every 6 months. The client has full access to the client portal showing all work information (start & finish times, pre & post clean photographic evidence of works, job cards & TR19 certification) ensuring buildings insurance validity with a fully accountable and traceable process.
Have used Cleanair before to do our kitchen deep clean and were very impressed with their work so asked them to replace our duct for the kitchen extraction. Arrived on time, done the work quickly and efficiently which allowed our kitchen team to carry on with their prep work. I highly recommend them.
