Contract Overview & Evolution
Parkwood approached Cleanair UK in January 2025 to assist in addressing fire damper maintenance with a view to achieving compliance through a programme of consultancy, site investigations, testing, and remedial works. Due to the success and reliability of the partnership, this scope has since evolved to providing additional passive fire work, inspections, and consultancy across the estate.

This cutting-edge technology allows the team to deploy and track the right resources and competencies to complete all planned fire damper testing and remedial works in line with BS9999:2017, The Fire Safety Order 2005, and The Building Regulations Approved Document B.
