Maintaining robust safety standards across multiple public-facing venues is a top priority, which led Parkwood to partner with Clean Air UK for specialist fire safety and compliance solutions.

Comprehensive Fire Safety Services Provided

Clean Air UK delivers a broad portfolio of passive fire protection measures across 7 regional sites spanning East Anglia, Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire. The core services provided include:

  • Fire Damper Testing & Remedials: Ensuring all ventilation mechanical safety barriers function correctly.

  • Fire Door Inspections: Assessing and maintaining the integrity of fire escape routes.

  • Fire Stopping & Compartmentation Surveys: Identifying vulnerabilities and maintaining structural compartmentalization to prevent fire spread.

Contract Overview & Evolution

Parkwood approached Cleanair UK in January 2025 to assist in addressing fire damper maintenance with a view to achieving compliance through a programme of consultancy, site investigations, testing, and remedial works. Due to the success and reliability of the partnership, this scope has since evolved to providing additional passive fire work, inspections, and consultancy across the estate.

Clean Air UK delivers a fully compliant Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service utilizing intelligent SimPro workforce and job management systems alongside Aurora Passive Fire Software. This cutting-edge technology allows the team to deploy and track the right resources and competencies to complete all planned fire damper testing and remedial works in line with BS9999:2017, The Fire Safety Order 2005, and The Building Regulations Approved Document B.
