Workplace Exposure Limits – EH40 new edition

On 21st August 2018, the HSE announced changes to the workplace exposure limits for 31 hazardous substances. One in two UK companies reports that their employees may be at risk of exposure to hazardous substances, the consequences of which can be dire. In the UK, 30,000 workers suffer from breathing or lung problems and 12,000 die each year as a result of lung disease, triggered by unchecked exposure in the workplace.
